Unigoodnews

Unigoodnew is a community service 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a presidential award certificate. Our main goal is to spread positivity and inspiring news during the pandemic and post-pandemic era through volunteering and spreading cultural awareness.

During the pandemic, we created this non-profit organization to spread optimistic energy, inspire news, and promote happiness. We translated hundreds of good news articles and uploaded them on our website; this helped our local Chinese community a lot in overcoming this depressing period of time. We have over 70 members across seven schools. We have translated news daily and uploaded overall > more than 600 news in Chinese, Japanese, and many other languages. We designed short videos on Tiktok, and make posts on Youtube, and Instagram.

Founded during the COVID-19 pandemic, this organization's main goal is to spread positivity in the local Asian community and encouraged first, and second generations of Asian Americans not afraid of Asian hate. Spreading cultural awareness at the same time, American-born Asians can practice their second-language writing skills by translating news, and second-language speakers can practice English reading skills while writing in their own languages.
